I am sick and tired of trolls and intentional feeders not getting punished because they don't talk

I am fucking disgusted by this. The amount of passive trolls and intentional feeders I have encountered the past few days is becoming a reason for me to quit the game. It is making me tilt because after the reports I check their account and they just keep playing the game and doing the same shit. Seriously, Riot needs to step up and do something about this. When you say a couple of bad words in chat you get banned but when you passively int. and troll nothing happens.

I am Honor level 2 with all 3 checkpoints completed but the fact that I see these people are getting away with trolling in my games is making me toxic. I am starting to retaliate and that is something I don't want to.

Last game I had a Brand support in my team who started to flame me as the jungler because they lost their lane. After that he started to troll me in my jungle following me to all my camps and trying to take them/succeeding. The rest of the game he was more preocuppied with following me and trolling me and farming the lanes that he stopped helping the team. He literally said he wanted me to lose the game and he didn't care any more. He kept on playing but was trolling and was passive aggresive in chat with a bit of flame so the system didn't ban him. He didn't defend towers, he didn't help his teammates he was genuily playing with the goal to ruin and lose the game for us. We reported him but nothing happened.

I can add more examples. Yesterday I had two midlaners who started to 'run it down mid' because they lost their lane and someone aksed to play safe and stop feeding. Literally all 9 players reported them and I checked their accounts and they are still playing and doing the same shit. Scores like 1-13-0 after 18 minutes isn't normal and they have multiple of those games in their game history.

Can someone from Riot explain to me why these players are not getting properly punished? I can add links to the games.

*First Edit: Just played a game with a Nami support who flamed his co-laner all game, flamed the enemy team, started trolling and intentionally feeding saying he didn't care. Afked at fountain after using flash and ult in it and kept trashtalking some more and laughing at how we were strughling with the game playing 4 vs 5.

*Second edit: LOL just received a notification and the player got banned. He instantly went offline while he was talking to me. Good riddance.

NOT GONNA LIE. I actually have a friend (not gonna give out name for obvious reasons) who has been trolling and inting for years. Hes a high rank player who trolls and ints on his smurf to maintain his solo queue rank in silver range so that he can duo with low rank bronze friends.

NOT ONLY THAT, he also trolls and ints to purposely get bronze 5 in flex. The point of this is so that he can have very easy matchups (cuz hes high elo smurf) and easily unlock chests. Indeed, it worked out quite well for him. He got so many cool skins from chests as a result, like Final Boss Veigar, Super Galaxy Shyvanny, Lunar Guardian Warwick etc. When he trolls and ints the team gets SO MAD and reports him, but every time he logs on, he gets a key for being "sportsmanlike". Its a joke. If you understand how system works, you can actually dodge it easily.

And btw Riot can't really do too much about it. A lot of these trolls who try to game the system require a human to see through it. However, just one or two years ago, Riot said they have 100million monthly users worldwide. So clearly you can't use a human for all that. That means we have to rely on AI systems to detect the trolls and toxic players. However, AI technology isn't really THAT advanced yet (maybe in 10 years) and even if it is developing such an advanced AI will cost a lot of money and resources.

There will always be trolls in any online platform, thats just the way it is, and from my experience, most games people do play for the win so maybe you are just on a rare bad matchup streak. :)

Nice bunch of lies u wrote here buddy, I was the brand from his last game and most of the things he said are lies. Me and Draven was playing on bot 2v2 and after few mins there was always enemy jungler and mid roaming, diving us... we died few times i did not said anything, but after we died like 3 times under turret I said " Do we have jungler or not? " So atleast he can show up here and u know force them away from diving us. AND HE, THIS GUY THAT IS CRYING HERE ON THIS FORUM ABOUT BEHAVIOR SAID " I DONT GANK CANCER LANES" (me and my adc was at score 1/1 and 0/2) and refused to help us till the end of the lane phasing. I mean i dont care about getting dived 2v4 u know it is stuff that happens a lot and is a part of the game, but this dude is so hypocrite typing here about flame and inting and he is doing the same. U even went afk for few mins in that game, saying u wont play with cancer players. LOL. Dont get me wrong im not crying here about his failed jungling, but about his audacity to even add me to Friends after game saying "im getting banned, writing to riot forums, will send you link" What a disgusting hypocrite u actually are. Good luck in your life with this behavior friend, :)! "

Now it's just up to the community to accept and understand.... and get Riot to do something about it. The community said crit adc's need more competitive early game and less scaling as compensation and Riot finally listened and is ATTEMPTING to fix the problem. Perhaps we can do it with "soft inting" too.

Sadly, everybody is but Riot isn't gonna do anything about it. I've been complaining about this forever. I've gotten accounts banned because I've been pissed off at people ruining my ranked games, and the people who troll just continue to play. Riot only cares about toxicity, and doesn't punish inting or trolling at all, which is a real shame since I think it's making the toxicity problem worse. Since so many people just get fed up with this shit. It seems like the people who actually care about the game get punished for getting angry when their game is ruined, and those just running it down mid are left punishment free since they don't type in chat.

riot has created this problem.

many of these trolls are the same people who used to be ragers. now they know if they rage at their team they will be banned. so how do they make their teammate suffer if they cant berate them?

I didn't think this was a thing until it happened to me. Riot your system needs a review. now fine I can accept that I used adult language, I was mad, guy banned my champ even though it was clearly declared, he then as a support made sure I didn't get any CS, which I admit tilted me. he went on to hide in bushes and watch me die and not engage until I had died. we lost I did say angry things, but who wouldn't the guy was clearly gaming the punishment system and my first real exposure to it, well lets just say I didn't handle it well and I don't disagree with the 10 game chat ban, but come on guys like this shouldn't be rewarded for exploiting an automated system that is broken. Riot please take action before this drives away the players.

I have submit ticket with screenshot of chat log where the inter admitted to me he did it on purpose. Guess what? No punishment whatsoever.

You're right actually.

The report system seriously struggles to deal with bad kda's due to players having bad games. It is better to give people the benefit of the doubt but it is heavy abusable.

It's also abused by people who want games to end faster because the team won't ff.

Yeah i agree with you. am so fucking sick of this i been playing this game for nearly 6 years and they wont watch the game record. they doesnt know why we are getting mad they only read the chat after that they are like fk this sht i wont watch game play lets just ban him now am official quitting and so pissed off

thanks to these trolls i get so pissed off i flame. yes its not nice but its really hard to control yourself when you so close to climb out but there is always that 1 guy who int and talks sht but doesnt get punished our of 5 game i had 3 trollers/afker/ and people who think they know all sht and talk about other people mistake instead of theirs. am fed up with this and hope riot know what the fk they need to do or be just fat ass who doesnt know why we are pissed off so much.

Just permaban all the AFK:ers. That should make my winrate double. Last 14 games. 2 was without afks. Seriously something wrong with this game. If someone is afk for more than say 5 minutes you should be able to leave the game and have the afk:er lose all the LP. I don´t give a shit about exploits. This isn´t even a game anymore.
