Trolls should be instantly perma banned (wall of text)

Exactly what the title says. People will probably down-vote this but I really don't care. It just means you didn't read. I'm tired of losing my games on a smurf because of this issue. Granted i'm playing with a lower elo friend but still...If you go into a ranked game with the mentality that "I don't care if I win or lose" then why are you even here? Why even go into a ranked game if you say "its only flex go play solo/duo"? Why go into ranked on a role/champion you don't know unless your auto-filled? I have so many questions. I quit this game about a year ago and recently came back and all I can say is WOW. The level of trolls in lower elo has risen by 10x. Its not fun when you have a queue of three people in flex purposely trolling and saying they don't care if they win. Ban these kids. Please. And it's not only Flex. Its Solo/duo also. Its sad when I have a sub 40% win-rate on a champion I have been playing since season 3 and cant even win in low elo on it because you have a group of three neck-bearded prepubescent kids inting and trolling. I honestly feel bad for people in sub gold elo. THERES TROLLS AND INTERS IN EVERY ELO. TRUE BUT.....Theres more in lower elo. Even when im on the winning side I get these types of children. Please riot do players a favor and start giving out way harsher punishments because obviously your current system isn't doing a good job of it. Here's some examples

  1. 2 week suspension for people who say the phrase "I dont care if I win", "ggez", "your bad" or anything like that. Skip chat restrictions. That just leads to trolling children.
  2. Perma ban for people who int in more than 3 games in a row AKA anything with 0-6-1 or more deaths. (you can have a bad game but three-five in a row? that's not a bad game)
  3. Implement a point system with champions where you have to have a certain amount to play in ranked. If they don't then tough shit go play normal until you learn it and get enough. (Its almost like that's what its there for)

Believing that winning isn't everything isn't trolling and going 0-6-1 multiple games in a row isn't indicative of intentionally feeding.

And seriously, if you're upset at the quality of your teammates, why are you playing on a smurf? Play on your main.

While it would be ideal to have trolls instant-banned, given the various nefarious methods poeple have of trolling, it's hard to tell sometimes if they're intentionally trolling or just having a bad game.
