Does riot actually punish int feeders?

I have played 3 games of ranked today, and all 3 games i have had intentional feeders. either because they didn't receive the role they wanted, or because they tilted off the face of the earth. All 3 were obvious losses, including 2 that lost me my promos. I'm wondering why i am being matched with these players considering i have a high MMR and w/r %. All 3 players said in chat riot doesn't ban for inting, and it made me wonder, do they actually?.....

They do and you can even find threads on this board of people complaining about being banned for int feeding. It just takes longer and often involves manual review to make sure the feeding was actually intentional and not just a bad game. These bans are also harsher than regular chat toxicity.

Actually the odds are you will be banned before they do. The punishment system in this game by far favors bad behavior over good. best way to play this game is never speak which leads to no teamwork and many loss;s. Everything you say can be considered offensive, for example if you have 3 people ruining the game on purpose you ask them to please stop, they all 3 report you.. it is now you that where the issue, The system actually encourages bullying and toxic behavior, I would never ever play the account i want to rank with In any game i don.t have at least 2 friends with me We have taken dozens of accounts to see how long they take to get banned being polite and encouraging teamwork and guess what? even being polite you still get banned I know of at least 2 dozen teams troll lower ranked games just to get people reported and banned. ther eis a reason LOL has the reputation as the worst community on the web, you just cant get around it! best thing you can do turn off chat period!

If theyre soft inting as in they int but not as much, then no they dont. If theyre hard inting, as in running down mid every second they can, then yes they get punished.

Simple answer. No they don't. They don't give a flying fuck about competitive integrity and instead only care about the feelings of little wall flowers who can't stand it when people try to tell them how they should be playing the game. Omegalul

even if they get punish they will just make another account while they wait what they really should do is make them pay Riot money in order to get account back and not make the game free to play ! they do that and they will see the differents

If you look at these boards you'll see a lot of recent activity being taken against actual trolls all of a sudden. I think their detection systems got a huge upgrade. Role-stealing is red-flagged now evidently (super high CS and no ward items on support, jungler spends whole game in top lane).

It depends on how they go about doing it. Buying mobis/tears and running down mid will get them banned. Almost all other cases though are "just a bad game".
