I reported this person in the end game report but the player stated he's been acting like that since season 3. My point is that if this has slipped past the "tribunal's" eyes since season 3 then someone is failing in their mission. Now of course the guy can be lying but his behavior tonight was completely unacceptable. How do I make this guy's name known personally to the tribunal?
All you need to do is report it at the end of the match. As long as your reports are accurate they will contribute to a case against him, and when he's been reported too frequently for being consistently negative his case will be reviewed and he'll be punished appropriately.
The tribunal doesn't exist. It has been down for maintenance for years, and the automated ban system has replaced it. If you wan't to manually report someone outside of a game, submit a support ticket through general questions along with screenshots and the ticket will be redirected to the correct person.
People here will keep telling you just send in the report and it will eventually work. No it doesn't, but there is nothing else you can do, so just do it anyway and hope it will work this time.
