I've been hacked. (READ BEFORE YOU CLICK THE LINKS PLEASE)

OK, so listen up guys. Story time. Just got my monthly RP. ( I'm 14 and it's all I'm allowed to spend) I buy High Noon Jhin, nothing wrong with that. But here's the kicker. I leave about 1500 RP to gift my friend SYTIS Godless, a mystery gift. ( I owe him, big time.) I logged off yesterday, and log back in today to find I have 8 RP. Yes, 8. I checked my purchase and gifting history and see that a mystery gift has been given to a summoner that I have never heard of ( whom I have blocked ) , and I now have Shockblade Zed. ( I really don't understand why they bought the Zed skin, but whatever, I also wouldn't buy it myself, as I have a strict one skin per champ rule for myself. Those links above are screenshots of my evidence. I would love if y'all could share this so Riot could see it. And Riot, if you do see it, I was wondering if it's possible for me to get the RP back, and the said summoner be banned, or have something done about it. Thanks!

Pretty sure you have to be friends with someone for a period of time before you can gift.. so someone cant just hack the account and gift rightaway? I thought so at least.

The player receiving a gift needs to have been on your buddy list for at least one day.

Does not add up.

Hey SYTIS Sinner,

It's more than likely that your account may have been compromised. As such, please take all of the steps below to regain control of your League of Legends account and reverse any unwanted actions that the individual who compromised your account may have taken:

  1. Run a complete anti-virus scan on your computer and remove any malware that is detected. If you don't have an anti-virus program, I recommend downloading either MalwareBytes Free or ESET NOD32 with a free 30 day trial. Either or should be able to get the job done.
  2. Once the scans have run and any detections are removed, change any accounts/passwords that you believe may have been compromised. This may include your email account(s), League of Legends account (if you still have access to it; if not, skip to the "Submitting a ticket" step), and Riot Games Player Support account if you already have one. You can change your League of Legends password by going to the League of Legends account area in the top-right corner of this page. Click on your summoner name, and select "Settings". In the box that comes up, click "Change Password" and follow said steps. (Make sure that your email account is secure before doing this step, as a confirmation email will be sent to the corresponding email account.)
  3. Now that your accounts are secure, it's time to contact Riot Games Player Support to deal with the unauthorized actions on your account and/or recovering your account.

#Submitting a Ticket

To contact Riot Games Player Support, you'll need to submit a ticket on the Riot Games Support website. In the ticket, please submit the following information along with whatever information you can provide about your situation: [NOTE: DO NOT POST THIS INFORMATION ON THE BOARDS. SUBMIT THEM IN A TICKET!]

Account Name (the name you log into the LoL client with): Summoner Name (the name your friends see in-game): The server you play on (NA, EU-West or EU-Nordic/East): When was the last time that you had access to the account (Month/Day/Year): Creation date of the account (Month and Year): Original email address used to register the account: Location where you registered the account (City and Country): List of locations that you have played on this account(City and Country): Last IP address used to play League of Legends - http://whatsmyip.net/ Internet Service Provider (ISP)/Internet Carrier when registering the account: Other people who have ever had access to the account: How did you first come into possession of the account: If Applicable:

Location of RP purchases (City and Country): Approximate dates of most recent RP purchases: Email address linked to PayPal account: Unique PayPal transaction IDs associated with purchase(s): Phone number(s), mobile provider, and country used for SMS transactions: Any PaySafe Card PIN/Transaction IDs: Any Prepaid RP card PINs: The last 4 digits and expiration date of any credit card(s) used to purchase RP: Any transaction or confirmation numbers received via email for this account:

Lastly, to increase your chances of a quick resolution to your request, follow the tips below the best that you can:

  1. Be sure to submit as much information in your initial ticket as possible. For obvious reasons, each Player Support Specialist's request for more information will delay the resolution of the issue.
  2. Be respectful and polite in your correspondences with Riot Support. (They're doing their best to help you!)
  3. Try not create a new ticket or respond to an existing ticket before a Player Support Specialist has had the chance to review your request. New tickets/replies may bump your ticket back to the bottom of the queue, thus increasing the amount of time before a Player Support Specialist is able to review your ticket.

I know that there are quite a bit of steps listed above, so if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Best of luck!

Submit a support ticket. We can't do anything for you here. But they can help make sure your account is secured. They might even be able to refund the purchases for you if you weren't the one who bought them (less sure on this but worth a try).

But I do wonder... do you have any siblings? Or had a friend over or something? Is it possible you left the computer for some time with league up and logged in, and somebody in your house decided to play a joke on you?
