Chat restriction for replying flames (yes, i'm a bad guy u.u)

This topic is only meant to share my private ticket with a couple of friends who wanted to read it.

Dear RIOT, i don't care much about your decision of restricting my in game chat, i can enjoy a game without much spam too, but the very fact that you did it shows that you just base your punishment decinsions on incomplete informations and complains. My chat was restricted after a match in which my support (i played as adc) was trolling. I tried to talk to him, after many times he did not listen and some time had passed, i decided to leave the bot lane and roam. I helped mid lane and top lane in killing enemies, without kill stealing and without farming much. The whole team started treating me the same way they did with my trolling support: spamming, insulting and more... Now I'm asking, and i would like to have a kind reply from you on this topic: was such kind of behaviour so bad? I don't think so, but i'm curious of what u think about it. I may have replied to one of the many flames with a bad word, and, yes, when the team kept flaming me after 10 minutes that i was roaming and i never died and did 3 assists, i got tired and started feeding. I wonder what the moderator who restricted me would have done in my place. Fair play and good behaviour are good things and i always try to be friendly with all my teammates, be they random or not, but when u get insulted by 3 players just because u're trying to be useful roaming instead that keeping an impossible lane, it may be possible that u loose your patience too. Just try it and then tell me to be polite ;). I assume that the reason why i got punished was because all the players reported me the same way they did with my support (maybe even more, cause someone noticed him trying to help the team after minute 25 and having 15+ deaths already xD), or because you saw some of the few rude phrases i said in reply to other's flames. Well, I'm pretty sure you've not checked what was behind that, otherwise u wouldn't have punished me. I hope you don't take more serious decisions on player's accounts basing on some spare information and without verifying decontextualyzed infos like you did in my case. I really don't think you can check the match replay, but, if possible, i'd like to hear what you have to say to justify your actions.
