It appears I have been hacked and banned for using third party software, what do I do?

Hello guys!

I appear to have been hacked and the hacker seems to have used some sort of third party software.

I thought I had ok security on my account, decent password and such. Have not have any problems like this one before.

If you look at my match history which I linked, the past four games was not me (Irelia, Vladimir, Lee sin and Yasou). I have had a hectic week in school so I have not been able to play at all, my last game was a fizz game I believe. I am not sure how I am supposed to prove that I was not the one playing and that I therefore have not used third party software or if that even matters. I have contacted riot and sent a ticket but I was wondering if there is anything else I can do.

I have changed password and email, the account is not bought, I have not logged in with my account on any other computer than my own or shared my password.

I read about another guy with identical problems who got this fixed so I still have hope, if you have any suggestions on how to fix my problem and how to further secure my account, please help me!

Make a support ticket, and also since you're logged in make sure that the email is connected to your account, also make sure you include 2FA which needs your phone (or email not sure about that) to verified that is you so you can make some changes. About the ban, im hoping its a 2 week ban. Riot can't do anything about that its only reverse ban if its an errors from the system itself aka the game. So you might have to wait for the 2 week "vacation" but for now just change your password and add a 2FA to protect your account.

Perhaps riot can see from which ip those games were played? I don't know, I am just desperate at this point:(
