it was conversation on league /all chat , enemy team was talking about my mum (she died in car crush) and laughting "you should die too" etc. BUT only i get ban. lets talk about it

How do you know they didn't receive any form of punishment? You don't.

The IFS message is sporadic at best, errors can occur, and you have no way of knowing what step of the punishment ladder the person you've reported is on. You can monitor their match history all month long and it won't matter, because they might have received a 10 or 25 game chat restriction. In this specific scenario the chat log might not have been enough to warrant it's own punishment, perhaps it's contributing to a larger one since it can take 1-3 games to receive penalization.

You should be focusing on your own behavior and not the behavior of others. Even before they mentioned your parent, you were exhibiting some rulebreaking behavior of your own.

Why are you even responding to people that say stuff like this? Nobody knows you, nobody knows what happens in your life. Please don't tell random idiots things about you, they'll only use it against you.

You got punished because unfortunately, what you're doing derails the game for everyone else who just wants to play the game, especially the people on your own team.

Just a tip man when someone is getting toxic in all chat dont type back at them and make the game ever more toxic, just do what I do which is either one mute them and get on with the game or two just smile in all chat even when you are tilted :D works well.

I know how you feel. I just got a chat restriction after getting upset with a Draven in my game that was calling me gay as an insult and acting really homophobic towards me. Unfortunately it came at a really bad time when I am dealing with people telling me that there is something wrong with me for being gay irl the last few days so it hit me harder than usual.

Sorry this happened to you friend. Just know that you're not a bad person just because Riot's automated system told you so.
