Automated system

So yesterday, I had an issue with a troll intentionally feeding in a ranked game because he didn't get the role he wanted. After the game everyone agreed to report him for intentionally feeding and basically trolling the game. Today I check his profile and the same person is still playing the game and feeding out of his ass.

Riot, you need to accept that your automated report system(much like a lot of things in your game) is absolute garbage. Now I may not run into this player again but others will, and they'll have their experience ruined, why? Because you refuse to accept that sometimes you're wrong, sometimes forcing people to play with premades isn't a good idea SOMETIMES leaving reports to be dealt with by an automated system doesn't get the job done. Sometimes you need to actually put effort into your game instead of focusing on LCS and memes.

How about you fix the report system? Or maybe balance out some of the broken champions that are currently pick or ban? Or fix normal matchmaking balance so people aren't put up against smurfs or premades with plat players in them vs solo players barely out of bronze?

This isn't me hating on you or anything Riot, just pointing out that the game is in a VERY poor state at the moment and that even the most patient people are getting sick of dealing with it.
