This is the kind of thing that should be punished (A case for fair in-game moderation (names black))

That is a clear cut case of toxicity.... and yet this kind of player is found disturbingly often... while on the forums I often see chat logs that don't even have a fraction of what this person was like in game. Basically it seems as though the disciplinary team comes down extra hard on people that are low on toxicity but is very forgiving towards people with toxicity.

It should be the reverse, shouldn't it? And yes, that guy got reported by everyone... but I didn't get the punishment message so it did tuck all, for all the good it did. Might as well not have done anything.

The people who are the most toxic, are very familiar with the computerized system, and know how to manipulate it/work around it. People who are just genuine players and usually not toxic, do not know how the system works, so usually get hit the hardest.

For example, in a previous game, I had a legit Jhin purposely feeder (like, he was suiciding into towers again and again), all the while he was saying I was trolling and I was the troll (he was upset he died twice in lane as ADC).

He he was feeding, but eventually he got some of our teammates to report me also, because they though I trolled him or gave him legit reason to feed. (I played perfectly fine no trolling at all).

So this type of person knows how to manipulate the system, since its just computer/automated and can be exploited if you know how it works.

The report and punishment system is automated. It generally looks at keywords that the have been viewed as negative, regardless if the words are abbreviated.

As far as racial slurs are concerned, it's not an instant ban and oftentimes issues a chat restriction before banning.
