Always deny a 1v1 in any team objective game. The raging hurt player is not worthy of your time or validation beyond the match. Ever.
Dude I once was challenged to a 1v1 against a malzahar. I had 1v9 carried this game as Ekko back when Malz was pick or ban and he insisted hed won lane in spite of losing so bad he swapped. Shit talk went back and forth until I agreed and two of my potato teammates wanted to watch the game first hand. So they joined my team, agreed to NOT interfere and I went 3-0. I said to exit since I'd won but this dude was so pissed he wanted to push until nexus fall. So we were shit talking and suddenly my former allies start inting him kills. They wont respond to why and eventually the malz admits he PayPal them to int, because he wanted that loss on my match history that badly. My allies confirmed it and said I should be happy I pissed the guy off enough that he would actually PayPal two strangers 20 bucks to throw a CUSTOM game. I wasnt happy though, because this dude seriously wanted that win and I wanted to make sure he didnt get it. So we are pushing side lanes, both built OLD zz rot and my allies kept giving him kills. Finally death timers get long enough to matter and I kill him in bot lane at his inhibitions turret. I pushed in and ended the damn game. I screenshotted that shit and talked even MORE shit. One of my favorite memories in this game, asides patch 4.20 feral flare warwick.
