14 Day account suspension at nearly H5 first strike?!?!?!

I was joking around with a duo trying to get a laugh from the rest of the randoms, literally some of the most innocent joking I've ever done, and I get a full on 14 day BAN on my account for a first strike against me from ONE GAME??? What is wrong with the Riot system that this happens to me over this nonsense!?!? My duo didnt get any bans for his banter!! Do actual people look at these reports or is it really based on how many people from one game report a player?? I feel completely cheated that I cant make jokes with my friends. Heres the logs, straight from the login screen, with zero contex at all of course since most of our chatting was done in our discord. Riot Im speechless... I get it, when people get offended, they're voices should be heard, but THIS.... this is just unfair..... a chat ban, longer queue times even, but a 2 week first strike ban is uncalled for and unfair... I've worked incredibly hard to get my Honor as high as possible, I had 3 of my H4 checkpoints done, one away from H5..... please... please fix this!!!

Hate speech is absolutely not okay, and that is the reason for the escalated punishment.

Riot is of the opinion (as are most people in this world) that nobody should ever even think for a second that kind of hateful, derogatory, discriminatory, and hurtful language is ever acceptable in League.

Just because you think it's funny doesn't mean other people do. Besides, you wouldn't do this in at a job in an open workplace with strangers or coworkers, unless you don't care about your job. The policy is very much alike in this situation. Much like you would accept a job, agreed to certain terms to remain in their service and that is what you did exactly for this game's term regardless if you skipped it or not. Once accepted upon you signed your agreement over you Riot while using their service.

Now, in the Terms of Use, hate speech is in that category of zero-tolerance. Besides, hate speech isn't humoring in the slightest and nor should you believe that everyone shares your humor. That's just common ground decency and mutual understanding of respect. If you think otherwise, then you're extremely ignorant for believing that. Not everyone shares your opinion, your ideas, your ideal, your belief and definitely not everyone shares your humor.

So respect this game's policy as you'd respect any policy you agreed to. Unless that is you don't care about being in their service then you have no business of being there or here in the first place.

The 14 day ban is usually the third punishment in Riot's four tier system. That said there is a fast track to it by using what they call "extreme toxicity". This includes hate speech of all types, and definitely covers those words in your chat log that are censored.

You crossed Riot's "extreme toxicity" line, and so you are handled by their system accordingly. Sorry man, but as these things go your case here is very cut and dry.

zero tolerance policy on hate speech. automatic 2 week ban.

after the 2 week ban your account is on thin ice. 1 report could lead to a permanent ban.

I'd suggest refraining from calling your teammates bad and asking for reports.

Just because you are h5 doesnt give you immunity towards the zero tolerance policies.

you were using hate speech...that's not funny to a pretty large amount of people and you subject your teammates to that kind of language. it might be funny to you and your friends but the moment it enters the game and leaves private chat you open yourself to people that do not agree and might be offended by your language choice. hate speech can be and usually is an automatic 14-day ban
