I’ve worked jobs from hours and hours on end and I’ve had nothing to spend it on so I’ve spent over legit 1000$ on league and it got banned, I don’t think it’s right for riot to take you’re money and then if you get banned you just don’t get it back, I think they’re should be a refund thing, am I wrong
Purchasing Riot Points is a non-refundable transaction. It says so in the Client, and it says so on the back of pre-paid Riot Point cards. Once you've purchased Riot Points, the money spent belongs to Riot and they aren't obligated to refund it, particularly not to players who broke the rules of their game to the point of having their account permanently suspended.

Hey your first half paragraph sounds bad, sorry man, But even if the account was unbanned, you wouldn't be able to access it since rito seems to have thrown away the key to unlocking it with time(they used to), woops. Well, too bad you agreed that they have the right to do that when you created your account.. Don't put money into this game if you're not able to keep an account, it's simple.
There are two ways to look at it that might make you feel better. Because in my opinion people spamming the ToS doesn't make anyone feel better.
Riot never sells you anything. They are only letting you rent the skins and champions and other things you spend RP on. Now that your account is gone, your rental period is over.
Riot sells you the skin for RP on a per match basis. They charge you every match that you use the skin, that way there is no way to get ripped off in the instance of a ban. However, because Rito are nice guys, they only charge you for the first use of the skin. Every subsequent use is a freebie. Whether you get banned after the 1st time using the skin or 1 millionth, you still aren't paying any more than what you are getting.

The sad part is,riot isn't in charge of the bans, and they don't "view" them, that's why there's a system, a very flawed system, you can put as much caps as you want in a sentence and have someone report you for b.s. reasons, like, int'ing or ya know the options,everyone has had that issue and riot knows it needs to change so many people are getting banned and losing their accounts, yes, it does say your'e not entitled to a refund, however, if your'e following the rules and still get reported by someone WHO IS toxic, then what?? its messed up, you can say anything like, hey,bot lane,ping more, or top lane, follow through,and you know it'll be in caps, but then get reported and its like, RIP SUSPENSION, RIGHT? lovely. just had this happen to me, and i followed the rules, but because i've had recent past suspensions and behaviors, and someone reports me, i lose my account for something so stupid, We'll see about that. See, there's a loophole, you have to disobey the rules and show that kind of behavior to get banned or suspended if none are showed and what not, then it obviously shows that riot's ban system is totally bugged and wack, so shoot them a message, they should either unsuspend the permaban, unless they would like to be in court. Because nowhere in that clause does it state , your'e responsible for other's reporting you wrongfully. AND THAT'S, how you can get em.

If you can get a new account and get it to honor 5, maybe they'll do a transfer for you via support ticket if you can really prove you've reformed. But I wouldn't count on them agreeing to do so.
