Maybe we should stop punishing people for toxic behavior all together. It is not like being a jerk online has actually ever hurt anyone. It is all subjective as well, one thing that someone said to one person can be taken different by another one. It would clear up Riot more to focus on other aspects of the game. Seems like there is no downside by taking up and live and let live attitude.
