Riot bans players for normal game trash-talk and it's ruining the game.

Putting all the various character imbalances and bugs aside, this chat ban system in place is a major issue. The ban system currently works like this: 10 game chat restriction->25 game chat restriction->2 week ban->perma ban. With the few amount of suspensions it takes to get your account permanently banned, why are people getting banned for normal in-game trash-talk? Every game has it and I've never played a game in my life that has such strict rules. I can completely understand chat bans for racial slurs or other prohibited words/phrases or actual player harassment, but my ban is completely unjustified. Nothing in my chat logs goes past normal in-game trash talk, yet I'm still hit with a 25-game chat restriction. The fact that you can be completely banned from the game permanently just for in-game chat is frightening, and I can't list another game where you can have that happen besides H1Z1, which is now a dead game partially because of the ban system. This is ruining the game for many people, including me. Shittalk is normal for any game out there.
