Why am I banned? I've never gotten a chat ban before?
I got a two week ban for being toxic but shouldnt I get a chat restriction doesnt it go 10 then 25 then two week then perm? unban me holy shit this is stupid

Did you receive any chat logs or links to games when you were banned? When you log in, there should be some sort of ticket with information.
