Unbelievably Many AFK Players

So, I've heard that many complain and so do I get more aware and more aware day by day how bad of an issues this is. Players that start the game wrong go easily AFK after the first/second death. I'm a competitive soloQ player, and I cannot go onto winning streaks because of this huge issue. In my past 2 days I've had 4 AFKs which were all possible winning matches. Riot has been conscious about it, there's no way it wasn't, but still does absolutely nothing about it. It needs to get more strict. Players complain about everything, what concerns the meta, the new League in comparison with the rest. I've never had anything against it. I believe it's always been a good game and it still is. But this extremely "giving up" community is killing it. If the system doesn't put it's hand inside and doesn't fix the "small" issues about MM and AFKs, and the overall system, this is going to become so bad.

Riot does not care about AFK behaviour. Part of their incompetence, I guess. shrugs and leaves

They should have implement the possibility of new player joining into already existing game. When you choose specific lane in queue, just Score screen should appear with info about game and he would have the possibility to join in, replacing afk player.
