Please fix the level of toxicity at Diamond V
Getting really sick of having 1-2 borderless players raging (and often also soft inting) in literally every single game, to the point I almost don't even want to play.

You get the border if you are diamond or higher and have honor 2+ or above at the end of the season. Not having a border does not mean that a player was or is likely to be toxic.
I don't think having a border means necessarily someone is bad at the game. Take me for example. I am borderless for now because I am leveling a new account cause my main account was unfairly banned but I was between p1 and d4 for 5 seasons now. But I do agree with your point, that players behaviour should be addressed and that the reporting/banning system should be reformed.

Don't worry, riot is actually taking care of it! In the next patch or 2 there will no longer be a diamond 5, and then this problem will go away.
Please also fix the level of toxicity at my specific elo.

its preseason mate. MMR is completely fucked, I got into a game with 2 diamonds (at silver). don't sweat it, will go past in a week.

This is literally proof that punished players don't reform, they just manage to tip toe around the system. I'm just going to start screenshotting all of the borderless players during the loading screen along with their toxic chat, because there's one in pretty much every single game.
