someone please explain why I got restricted...

Hi! I have been playing LOL for a few years and i have had my account permabanned before so i am accustomed with bans an reasoning etc. I am not sending this to argue the system, but i recently received a 10 game chat restriction and I would like to know what exactly was offensive in my chats because i don't understand, if that is possible? Specifically the ones leading to the ban. I feel like I haven't been toxic because tbh i haven't been typing much anyway. I believe the game that got be the restriction was one with a summoner called 'Bo ci jebnem'. He played lux, and he was trolling and fighting with everyone. I believe I asked for his report from the enemy team maybe, but I did not directly flame him what so ever i feel. He however was very toxic and repeatedly flamed everyone and I strictly remember him calling me a '%%%'. I wrote to the enemy team telling them that and i wrote 'he is calling people %%% and shitt'. (sorry about the word sh*t i did not mean it as flame just as...you know) have a few friends who are part of the LGBTQ community and I took offense because that word is disrespectful. What prompted me to tell the enemy team that he said that was because it was really disrespectful and not just any flaming, and plus he did not even reason to flame anyone he was just mad that he didn't get his lane. I reported him but then i played vs him the very next game, I just hope he gets punished because he was very toxic.

So just to conclude, I do not feel like i was toxic but maybe when i sent to the enemy team that he called me a '%%%' the system recognized it and i got the restriction. I did not mean to be insulting I just had to clarify. Anyway I know its under very rare occasions that restrictions are withdrawn and I do not want to argue the system, I would however like to know why I received it exactly.

Also, I was having a bit of a rough game without a jgler and i was playing yasuo versus malz and well my score did not end up being all nice, and I believe I might have been reported for int because the Darius on our team called for it however i swear i was not inting, but you know malz ults and well u cant do much playing Yasuo :D. My score ended with 1 7 12 that game. I really do not know as to why I received the penalty. I am not asking for it to be withdrawn, I am refraining from chatting in general anyway, I am however sad about my honor level because from my experience once it gets to lvl 1 its almost impossible to get back, and plus i then get qued with other people with the same honor level (i feel so), so can you please give me more detailed feedback regarding the penalty and just understand that I did not mean any offense, I just was hurt when that lux was using such profane language :(.
