Perma-Banned Account

Should an account be perma banned for saying they don't feel like winning a game because another player is being toxic and they lose the will to win the game? Just out of curiosity. Is it really fair to be playing the game for 6 years and be perma banned because you gave into another players toxicity? If you start it, fine give them the perma ban. But you mean to tell me that with how much time, money, effort, and support that I've given this game, that I'm gonna get banned because I didn't want to win a game that someone else was ruining for me and the rest of my team? And then say that its "continued" behavior when it was one game. It would be really nice to have some input on what the reason is behind it. The reason I received from riot support was terrible. He said that my negative behavior continued after my 2 week ban. The 2 week ban was deserved but I said a word that wasn't very nice but it's not exactly like I'm toxic a lot. I would really love to have another chance or someone else check out my ban. I don't believe it's a decision that one person should make.

Yes, that is deserved.

So you were recently 2 week banned, and after being 2 week banned knowing you're already on the very edge of a perma decide to give up and troll because some random person on the internet hurt your feelings?

and yea it is continued behavior.

Also, "he started it" doesn't work.

Over 6 years of playing and I'm a little toxic and get perma banned when people are toxic every game they are in and don't get banned at all? Are you kidding me?

You were warned at your two week ban that continued violations of the Summoner's Code would possibly result in a permanent suspension. You continued to perpetuate your negative attitude in the game after your two week ban. You could've used the mute button to not have to see the toxic player, but you chose to let it affect you.

Being negative or perpetuating a negative attitude about the game (such as trying to give up, trying to push your team to forfeit/surrender, etc) are not permitted. Your team queued up for the game with the expectation that they were going to try to win from minute 0 to the nexus falling. They had a setback when they had to deal with a toxic player, but the last thing they wanted after that was to deal with a teammate giving up and not wanting to win.

I don't understand how just because you don't like it the support was "terrible". They gave you the reasoning for the ban - you were warned and didn't heed the warning.

The way i understand it a 2 week ban is your FINAL chance to reform. This means if you received a 2 week ban you have to be very careful about your behavior. This is due to the fact that things that you could normally get away with if you were never punished before could be the last straw that ultimately resulted in a permanent ban.
