Today i got chat restriction because in enemy team was Elo Booster, i was writing like this : This Le Blanc is elo booster, pls report him. Technically speaking, telling people they're going to be reported and banned qualifies for harassment/abuse, however minor it is. That being said, an honor lock is an over the top punishment for this sort of thing when there's other options that aren't a step behind banning the account altogether. I'm in the same boat.

what the heck are those? I know report cards for NA server don't do "Before the game" and another language for "post game". Can you take screen shots of your actual report card?

Naming ans Shaming on the boards is not allowed, a mod will edit your post soon.
smurfing is not prohibited, maybe it was a smurf
you were calling for reports, which is considered harassment, so you got punished for it, rightfully so
you didn't get punished for just one game. You probably had a bunch of valid reports on your case from earlier games, this is just the one that pushed you over the threshold to getting a punishment.

PS: why ask others for reports? what's the point? Do you not understand how the reporting system works?

Cant continually ask people to report a player like that. Please look into the summoners code and protect your account!!! Why does no one do this?! Look at the rules before you play anymore games! You risk losing your account!

Ok, so? Report him. Why do you need to ask others to do the same? It's not going to make any difference, at all. I assume you didn't know how reports work, so let me explain:

1 report flags the game to be reviewed. 9 reports flags the game to be reviewed as well. Nothing else happens. 9 reports is the same as 1 report.
