I have an Idea ~ Improve LoL personal security

I was told to share this idea that I shared with a Riot emplyee after recently getting hacked and almost banned, I learned how cruddy the security system is and how it REALLY needs to be improved. The only thing that can further the security is the email verification. I think that players should have the OPTION to further improve their security through questions and more in depth stuff to fill out when the email address is going to be moved. I hope that Riot reads this because I feel like with the advancement of technology and how easy it is to breach information that the system should be updated.
