Reporting System, does it actually works?

Yes, you read it right. 80% of the time, riot games never cares about the reports players submit. This system actually should be one of the most useless things that ever existed in the game, next to revive. Riot should actually consider the reports where they keep flamers and toxic players are #1 threat to the Game. Yes they are the #1 threat and they deserve the worst punishment. Because flamers and toxic players are the birth place of trolls and other offenses in the game. Consider this Riot Games. I myself submitted THOUSANDS of reports (90% of them are proper reports) and I only receive 2 feed backs saying that my report actually did something. Yes, ONLY 2 OUT OF THE THOUSAND players I reported due to flames and toxic. Even the new Honour system barely did anything to stop these kind of players. So yes, as a conclusion, I really hope Riot Games would pay more attention to these kind of players to keep the community and the game enjoyable for everyone. Veterans or Rookies, without flames and toxic players, I am sure that it will help the game improve more.

Do you see all the people here complaining about their bans?

I got my first chat ban for saying mute, reported in three different games.

All you have to do is troll people then reporting them when they ask you to play safe and not int.

Thing is, you only get that message saying that a player you reported got punished if you were the last person to report him. Players usually don't get banned for one game, so typically it takes a few games of toxicity to get him banned. Unless you were in the last game and reported him, you won't get the message. See, "Joe" was punished for being toxic in 5 games. In each of those games, A, B, C, D, and E reported him in each respective game. Only E would have gotten the message.

No, it doesn't work.

It turns trolls in to bigger trolls, and non-trolls in to trolls bc they got all their stuff taken away for not being 'saintly' enough on the internet (lmao).

And Riot can't figure out why the community just keeps getting worse and worse, lol.

It does work, it just does a horrible job in letting you know that it's working.

Currently you only get a punishment notification if the game you reported someone in was the game that got them punished. If they play another game and got punished, you won't see that notification.

"80% of the time, riot games never cares about the reports players submit" ...well alright, I see there's no point in continuing to read this shit.

They should stop trying to control things that they can't control.

They are not God of the intrawebs.

On a serious note, they should take another look at their broken system.
