Why did my 5 game chat restrict suddenly turn into a 10 game chat restrict?...

Was on my 4th 5 game chat restrict match, had not said a word to anyone the entire 4 games... and I get out and suddenly it's turned into a 10 game chat restrict, with the full 10/10 games left to go?

The chat logs were also for the exact same games that the first 5 game chat restrict was for.

Not to mention, nothing I said in those games that I was originally reported for was even inherently toxic whatsoever... there was no swearing or namecalling or anything like that.

What the heck riot?

There is no such thing as a 5 game chat restriction.

A 5 game chat restriction is an oddity. The progression usually goes :

10 game chat restriction 25 game chat restriction 14 day ban Perm ban.

Perhaps it was just a pop up saying 5 games left?

I think that sometimes if a report is getting a manual review, it may be delayed in dealing out the punishment?
