At what point do you earn a ribbon?

You need to get a constant rating, like, every other day consistency for that, it isnt a finish line, its an expectation

i have teamplay and honorable opponent got them with under 50 of both in 1 week lol

You can get a ribbon if you keep getting honored from alot of games. That being said no one really know for sure how it works.
