Hextech Crafting Behavioral Loot

Ok so my 2 week ban ends on Thursday, May 26. After the ban, it says that I am ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavior restrictions. Does anyone know how long this restriction lasts until I get my Hextech Crafting privileges back? is it based on how many games I play during a single day or like how long I need to play without getting reported?
