No email for permanent suspension
Yesterday my account received a suspension following a game, which I was fairly surprised because I didn't think I was on overly toxic player. The account was honor 5, and had never received a behavior warning or punishment in the past. The login screen said to refer to an email sent to the address associated with the account for more details, however no email has been received. Is this a common occurrence with the ban emails, and it just takes a few days to get the information??? I just wanted to see what happened with the account in order for it to be suspended.
