Anyways im scared that if i duo with my friend even on my alt hell get a ban for boosting or some shit
But ranked is better than norms
So what should i do?
Youre fine. Its built-in whether you can rank with someone or not. If its possible, its allowed. If your ranks are too far apart, it wont be possible. B3 and S2 generally arent that different anyways. Of course, there are some better s2 players than others.
There's nothing in the rules against duo-queue for LP gains. Hell, even if you were a Diamond player smurfing, it still wouldn't technically be against the rules.
What they mean by boosting is someone else using your account.
Boosting always means account sharing. You can openly pay people to duo with you on Smurfs and riot does not consider it punishable.
