I got banned?

So i log in this morning and i find this message: "This account has been permanetly banned for the use of prohibited third-party software. This kind of behavior causes severe damage to our community and League's competitive integrity, so this action will not be reversed". (I never used nor approved of using hacks). Right after i go check my acc on eune.op.gg and see 4 games of arurf played. (After work i get to play maybe 1 or 2 games, and I spend that time playing playing ranked as you can see in my match history, I just don't play urf). I am 100% certain that my account got hacked, and the person behind the hacking used my acc as a "test tool". If only Riot Games could check and see the ip adress from where those 4 games were played. That is my only account and to see it getting deleted hurts.. item 3070

Submit a Player Supprt ticket. Be patient and precise. https://support-leagueoflegends.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new Only they can investigate and remove the ban if they think you are not responsible. The "good" thing is that at the moment nobody can access your account. These are the possibilities:

1/ You were truly hacked because your password was weak and a hacker used scripts with your account. 2/ You share your account with a friend/relative/booster and that person used scripts on your account. You re held responsible and the ban will remain. 3/ You left your account opened unattended in a cybercafe or during a sleepover and somebody used scripting software in your game(s). You re held responsible and the ban will remain.
