Our Heimer just ran it down mid since the beginning of the game because one of my teammate banned the champ he hovered . I reported him after the game but so far he has not been banned. Intentional feeding like this should be at least a two week ban. I can upload a video to youtube if needed. Thanks
I'd recommend a support ticket to see if you can get some human eyes on the match.

You are allowed to troll as many games as you want.
6 deaths in 12 minutes is hardly "running it down mid". Did he grief/troll? Maybe. I don't care to find and watch the replay. But don't lie about what he did.

Riot doesn't care about feeders. I have reported hundreds and only a handful have got banned. That's also why I have almost stopped playing this game...
The problem with Riot is that they will not get rid of trolls. The problem with posting this on the fourms is the Troll Knights will swoop in and downvote you and argue that trolling is okay because you "cannot prove it" or there is no software to detect it... Except it has existed for 20+ years??? whatever.

Yeah, i reported someone in my promo games that just went afk because my support didn't tell him why he pinged him LOL. He is still playing btw, no report feedback or something, somehow riots thinks this is good lol, 3 afks in 3 promos xd
funny how someone literally explaining how the system functions is getting downvoted can't even start to comprehend the reasoning behind it
