So...how can I not get tilted when I am Nasus who is just trying to farm and get stronger against a Teemo top who keep blinding me and poking me hard as hell then get a jungler(MasterYi ) who says that I am useless and should afk. At this point I was tilted to my maxium and flame him back, saying that he is useless and for pinging that he is coming. He came top then went to go do their enemy krugs and then come help me when I am around 100-200 hp(because he came near the bush and I fought then went to krugs instead) against a 1k hp teemo then proceed to die due to mushroom and a gank from Nunu. That is where he calls me useless and should afk and where I flame back. How do I keep a cool head?

Summary: Tilted because of team and enemy, Tips to cool my mind?

  1. Don't type and focus on game play. I see too many people who get tilted, type, and continue making mistakes because the enemy can see that you're tilted and will exploit that.

  2. Eat some good ass food. It is incredibly hard to be tilted when you got some good food in your system.

  3. Laugh when you make mistakes. I do it religiously when I miss a thresh hook or whiff a flay. I used to be mad tilted when I'd make a mistake (main account banned a while back) now I just stopped being and started laughing or giggling about mistakes.

  4. Max E as Nasus in that matchup and show that yordle devil your superior sustain.

  1. Deep breath.
  2. Have cold water by you. Drink a bit when it gets too high.
  3. Focus on having fun.

Beer.

Other games.

Breaks.

Internalizing the concept that random internet ragers aren’t worth getting upset over.

Btw, try putting extra points in Nasus’s E and poking that Teemo out of lane, you can easily out-sustain him and then farm freely.

  1. Put on some music and honestly just be in a chilled atmosphere.
  2. Mute all enemy pings/emotes as it'll obviously tilt you more
  3. Eat some cookies and cream ice-cream, it's ****************** delicious and it'll keep you 'chll'
  4. Honestly, just play it like it is mate. Do your best and try to work with your team, if you can't then fair enough but don't tilt because there are hundreds/thousands of more people you're going to be playing against and with. Why make this match a tilt one?

Being super toxic when filling in after game reports helps me a lot. I vent out by writing what a ***** ****** ****** ***** ****** that troll feeder was in reprot and I am ready to go for next game :)

Within the next week or so I plan on posting a video with download links, but I created a program that prohibits me from saying anything but positive things in chat. I had a 2 week ban, and decided to actively change the way I treated people within the game. 4 months later, I am honor level 2. Definitely will get the video out sometime soon.

The best way to not tilt is by not caring. About the enemy, about your team, or about the game at all. The other 9 players are nothing, there are only champions and minions. You don't have to mute all, but as long as you're able to understand that their words mean nothing, the game is tilt-free.

And you can easily win that lane by maxing E and constantly poking him down.
