The NA server is on Pacific time, which is 2 hours behind Central time. Your account should be unlocked at 11 o'clock. Double-check the email and see if it says PST instead of CST.
I am in the same boat. My ban ends today but it's 1pm PDT and i am still not unbanned. i can't check the email they sent me cause they never sent an email telling me about my ban. I had to sent them an email asking why i was banned and they didn't tell me a time there either. Kinda bullshit they tell u IN GAME to "check the email associated with the account" but yet a lot of people getting banned aren't even getting this "email." I guess if at 12:01am 7/22 i dont get unbanned i will send in a ticket but really this is pretty dumb.
