Gonna make this quick; there are bots in the Summoners Rift again. Riot probably already knows about these bots, but just a quick reminder to players. They usually use free champs, the same icons that bots in dominion use, and flash and ignite, every single game.
Most of these things that ive mentioned are mentioned due to the fact that they have most if not the same behavior of the ones in dominion.
Also the same build. Though you should take down the names of the sums. Just send in a support ticket.
I would suggest contacting support, hopefully with a screenshot, or as much detail as you can of how they were acting in the match.
I don't want to say you are wrong, but you really don't say in this topic what they do that you suspect them of being bots. People use free champions all the time especially since it changes every week. As well as flash ignite are commonly use summoners spells. The icons could be something but again people might just like using them.
How were they acting in game? Did they every use chat/ping? How was their build? Did they engaged? Did they every use their skills both champion based and summoners spells?
