So i flamed my teammates lightly because they ran it down and told me it was my punishment for taking their roles(the game gave me the role and they didn't say anything in champ select about it)( yasuo, brand). game ended like 5 minutes later and the entire team and myself reported them. i was banned shortly after i guess?. (also yes i was chat banned for 10 games and 25 games but they were each for one game infractions for situations identical to this one. i flamed a bit more but its not nearly as much as (TYLER1) for example has ever flamed.

Im trying to be a good player with a good attitude but after this i really have lost the understanding of how to reform other than not using the chat feature entirely. It seems like this game caters to physical trolling and allows people to do it freely and if you ask them to stop nicely they shit on you. It is a lose lose situation and i feel like this isnt the league of legends i used to play at all anymore.

chat logs : even without the context of what they said i wasn't even that toxic and i can provide the video of brand running down mid since riot lets us record every match.

Or just use chat positively? Stop calling for reports (this achieves nothing), stop complaining about your team - chat is for calling objectives and co-ordinating, not witch hunts.

Mate, you look like the person that should type nothing really. Whatever you want to communicate to your team, ping it. There is almost nothing that can't be pinged. And it's faster. And none needs to read. All you wanna type is shit like "Good luck team", "WP", "GJ" etc. And maybe your occasional "ward red/blue"

People murder eachother, but stealing a candy bar is still against the law, so idk what your point is with other people doing worse. Like yeah, of course other people have done worse. Dont break the rules, and you wont get punished. Break the rules, and you probably will get punished. Stop convoluting it with what other people have done lol. Thats meaningless.

I'd have to agree with these guys, chat is to be positive and keep moral up. Call objectives and check in on lanes doing well or poorly. Make calls and just ignore the BS. You will get the games that suck...a lot...but then you will get that one team comp where every planet aligns and you win in like 10 minutes.
