14 Day Suspension, your opinions?

So I just got a 14 day suspension for ONE game, no chat restriction or anything, which I find incredibly weird... I was super tilted in the game, but I never wrote anything negative about another player, just about wrote that I was bad and tilted. I gave positive feedback to my team the entire game and didn't use any words that might have been harmful to other players. Here is the chat from that game: https://gyazo.com/0f1f94eea045b086c11ec3e17b57edfc I don't know if it's a bot or human that read the chat, because the two things I can think of that might have been offensive to another player is the first part were I wrote that he was just a ''small black baby'', but that was his actual ingame username, and the second part were I wrote kys (which I instantly corrected to kms). I just want to hear your opinions on this! :) Sry for the bad pic, but I didn't want to send 9 different ones so I melted them together fast. Edit: does anyone know how long the support takes to answer? Edit2: Thank you so much for your help lads! I see a bit of possible racially-charged chat with "you're just a small black baby, nothing you can do against that." But the lines that probably triggered the ZT filter for the IFS:

i want to kys not kys kms

Honestly, you might want to put in a support ticket about this one and see what happens.

I also got a 14 day for a first offense. But I totally deserved it bc I ran down mid trying to get as many deaths as possible

The trigger word was kys.

The system doesn’t care about context and will instantly 14 day ban if it sees it.

ARAM players were getting messed with by this too (killing yourself is actually important because you can’t shop otherwise), but if I remember right they were able to appeal the 14 day ban after the riot support got context.

Also I’m glad I always call players by the champion they’re playing, can’t get baited into saying something bannable if I ignore summoner names. You should start doing that too after this if Riot holds you too that line where you referred to the summoner by name.

This is a reason why Lyte's bot is a terrible addition to League. Just bring back the tribunal so players like AndyBarrelRoll don't get 14 day bans for stupid things like this. It was a misunderstanding but all the bot saw was, "HE SAID KYS TWICE! REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!"
