Clarification as to why I received a 14-day ban without prior warnings

I'm not attempting to codone my text, but I have said MUCH worse (albeit MANY years ago) on league chat, but I have never received any kind of warning. So, for me this 14-day ban has side swiped me. If I can appeal this decision please point me to the appropriate tribunal. If one was to go through ALL my text logs, then you would find that much of what I text is extremely sympathetic and helpful. This time was an exception. I acknowledge that my word usage could be deemed offensive, but I'm not sure what exactly escalated my punishment straight to a 'final' waning 14day ban.

Here is MY unfiltered chat log (keep in mind that there was someone giving it to me just as bad as I gave it to them):

Notice how there are NO other instances of this kinda behavior from me. I'm just looking for clarification as the ban doesn't explicitly describe my fallacy. Also, I wish there were timestamps to indicated when text weer posted in relation to the game.

Racist slurs and encouragement of self-harm are "zero tolerance" phrases, which means that they can escalate your punishment right to a 14-day suspension without 10-game and 25-game chat restrictions. And that's what you did, so that's what happens. The next time you break the rules your account is gone, so I suggest you behave if you want to retain access to it.

"KYS" is an automatic 14 day ban, without exceptions. And if that's the word I think it is behind the %s, that also was an automatic 14 day ban.

Don't say that kind of shit anywhere. It's never justified in a fucking game, and the only people it'd be justified to say it to IRL died around 70 years ago.

Oh wow, you're such a lucker. Others got perma for this three letters. I'd be quite and drink my tea in patience till the suspension exceeds if I were you.

Its a Zero Tolerance word. Ban would not be reversed once its handed out.
