Anybody know a way not to get banned or restricted?
Because it can get quite difficult not to cuss out retarded dolphins for teammates.
Anyway that I can control my anger before I get perma banned?

Honestly, the best thing you can do is really try to win. If you are trying your hardest to win, you will realize that there is nothing to gain by insulting your teammates. By being supportive of them and keeping their spirits high, you will prevent them from tilting and doing even worse.
I've won numerous games that seemed to be a lost cause by simply being positive. It's amazing how encouraging words make players want to play better, or play more conservative if they are having a rough game.
If you have negative players on your team just mute them and report them at the end of the game. A report does a lot more for punishing a negative player than going off on them in chat.
You just don't type. Nothing difficult about that.
Be a decent person? Usually works pretty well for me.
If you really need to say something, say it to the air. Never put something in chat you wouldn't say face to face with person
What I've found to be effective is recognizing that there's no real benefit to badgering or insulting your teammates. It gains you nothing, after all, and runs the risk of alienating your team, discouraging them from playing their best, encouraging them to actively work against you, and (of course) punishment from Riot's systems.
So, when I'm frustrated - and I get frustrated pretty often - I just remind myself of that equation. Helps me keep things out of chat, at least.

Ok that got me.
You get a +1 sir.
Unbind your enter key
Don't be a dick to your team because you feel your opinion is more valid than theres?
If I'm about to send a message in chat, I usually stop and think of it could sound even remotely toxic...if so I dont send it simple as that
Just type it in, then hit the escape button instead of enter
Or do what I do, don't say anything except, good job, or well played, or its okay deaths happen...or if THEY are being toxic...simply mute them.
Not everyone is a troll/feeder. Some times people just have really bad games, I know I have, we all have...best thing to do is not talk unless it's good words :)
Step 1. Get friends Step 2. Get skype Step 3. play with friends while in skype call
If you ever feel the need to rage do so in the skype call, I don't rage often but when I do I do it through skype. My friends laugh and get entertainment, I blow off steam and whoever I'm raging at doesn't get offended because he can't hear me.
The sooner that you accept that the world is full of idiots the happier you will be. This is the most played game in the world, therefore it has one of the widest samples of test subjects. In other words it correlates more accurately with the global population than just about any other study or statistic in existence.
Welcome to reality where the subjects engage in fantasy to avoid dealing with reality. Unfortunately it's a fantasy they share with 9 other people randomly selected by a computer based on nothing but their match history. If you don't want to deal with stupid people don't play multiplayer games. Or go outside, or answer the phone, or go on facebook.
Pretend your entire family will die if you lose this game. It'll make you actually care about the consequences of your actions.
Most of us aren't dumb. We know that unleashing our frustration won't bring out positive outcomes, it's just that we care more about our stress relief over winning the game most of the time - even in ranked. However, if you make it so you can't afford to lose, you'll eventually develop the habit of focusing on constructive behaviors and doing what's been working for your team so far.
