Hey i just got suspended for 14 days just for saying ggs we lost and no solo idiots The other day (2 years ago) i got permantently banned for me and my friend jsut chatting in the chat and swear to each other and it was a player that known our language and just report me not knowing that he was my friend Is this a bug ???

I kind of doubt that's what actually got you banned. You'll probably need to copy/paste the chat logs on your reform card (found by logging in to the banned account or contacting Riot support) if you want any constructive feedback on them or the system.
RIOT is on a ban hunt at the moment. There's a spike in 14 day bans for accounts with cards; everyone should just stop talking for 60-90 days and wait for it to blow over.
