Dw, they'll be handled. Just because you didn't get an instant feedback notification doesn't mean something isn't happening. I was in the same boat as you are right now. Didn't get feedback, submitted a ticket, etc. I kept an eye on the names, and since that week, they went from games played every day to not playing not even 1 game since that week. So yeah, dw. It will be taken care of.

This isn't that far out of bounds from what I see in a normal post game chat. Sure, I don't see quite the vitriol that you're getting in your post on a regular basis, but nearly every day someone calls someone else a "worthless piece of shit" or "I hope you're murdered in an alley" or some variant thereof.
I laugh at it, particularly when it is directed at me, it makes me laugh and even, sometimes, gives me joy to know that I made someone so upset by doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING other than playing the game normally and saying ABSOLUTELY NOTHING that they had to wish death upon me in an online video game.
