Is this reportable trolling?

  1. Banning out allies champions.
  2. Playing off Meta every single game.
  3. Stealing other players roles.
  4. Dancing on allies corpse.

Asking for a friend.

A friend who does all of these things in ranked games.

.. I am my friend.

One. You're allowed to ban any champion for any reason.

Two. It depends. You can play any champion in any role. Full stop. But, if you play in a way designed to lose, that is punishable. With builds, you can do many things off meta, but, stacking mana on a manaless champion or getting AP on a champion with no AP ratios is punishable.

Three. It depends. In Blind Pick, there are no assigned roles, so there is no such thing as stealing a role. Calling a lane is considered culturally accepted, but it doesn't have a rule backing it up. In Draft, you can be punished for stealing someone else's role.

Four. Purposefully not contributing to the team's victory is punishable, no matter what form it takes. So, if you're staying out of the teamfights for the express purpose of dancing on the dead, they can punish you for that. If, however, you played normally, but survived, there is no rule against dancing wherever you like, assuming that you go back to playing the game, as again, not trying to win (which includes going AFK dancing) is still punishable.

  1. Not entirely trolling, but it is a dick move. However, if it's something like you know they're bad on that champion or the champion is bad ( Teemo ) then it's justified.

  2. If you're doing something like ADC Braum , then yeah, that's trolling. On top of this if you're bringing it into ranked that's even more of a cause for reporting. In doing so you are intentionally losing just by going some absurd pick. If it's just normals that's fine, but if you're solo I wouldn't advise it. If it's with friends then it's fine.

  3. Stealing roles... Oh boy, them old blind pick I called mid first days... I mean if it's something like draft/ranked where one person has already picked before the other/you've already been assigned roles, then yeah, it can count as trolling.

  4. If you do it every time they die and intentionally let them die just to do it, then yeah, that's trolling.
