Punishment that I wish to reform to.

I just want to speak about how unfair the punishment system is, I litteraly spent money on my account since I enjoy in fact playing with skins as of that doesen't matter. I don't think it's possible to keep a straight ferm and calm face while litteraly losing 2x the braincells you lose as per a normal day with a team that are litteraly just not looking to play good. Overall I lost about 20 games in a row where I tried to keep my calm as the last 3 I went completly toxic. After the 14 day ban I stopped comentating and started being more chill but starting looking my shit in a few months. I would like if you guys could give me another chance since it's a game I enjoy if getting bored but start hating because of the skill gaps between players and teams. I would really apreacciate if you guys can remove the permanent ban but mute me for chatting. What I am seriously trying to get at is that you seriously need to stop players from getting suspended just cause of kids that are looking to give a bad time to the team. I report countless of people but none of them being punished. I never had owned a game or company that runs so. But just from seeing the ammount of games I have been playing there is no chance to keep your calm with somebody intentionally feeding losing 20 games in a row. I think you shall start banning people if being toxic intentionally. Please consider thinking about this I would like you guys to tell me your opinions. At this point of years after I switched a account after my first main account got banned started to smurf on this one but happen to find only bad teams. It's understandable you guys most likely will not lift my ban but please consider even thinking about it. If you can unban me but mute me it would be just fine.
