Appealing a permanent Ban

So i got perma baned and i really learned my leasson after a year a half of playing on an alt account, i tell you what i am more reformed than Tyler 1 himself, now the real question is, is there any way possible to get a perma ban appealed because its been a really long time and i miss my old account :(

As of right now, Riot is not overturning any punishments unless they were placed in error.

You can try to file a support ticket as there is a very rare chance they'll reduce it if you showed you were already on the path to reforming, but I honestly wouldn't count on it. Sorry.
