Alright sir, I'm gonna let you in on a little secret. Riot support doesn't care about you or anyone else as an individual. The number of reports matter more than the potency of the few. Accept this, then accept how if you report, Riot looks through the whole game, now the person at Riot who does this may be extremely biased at who gets punished. If they personally believe you were more toxic, then you sir are fucked. Honestly I doubt there is a guideline to those things, just "WELL I feel like he was toxic so fuck him his account is donezo.
