Wrongly banned for boosting?

So, I got a two week ban for 'MMR boosting'. I pretty much hover around the same place every season and I've never let anyone on my account. I feel like if I were boosting, wouldn't I put myself at a higher bracket? I'm just shocked by this because about a month ago I tried to log in to League and it said I had been permanently banned. I didn't know what was up so I went to go send in a ticket and they got back with me stating that my account had been logged into from a different location and that they just wanted to verify that I was the owner and that I hadn't been sharing my account. It was then proved that my account was hacked and they lifted my ban. I try to log in and I have a two week ban for boosting. All of my games look to be mine and nothing is out of the ordinary. I'm just really frustrated because I just want to play league. I'm a consistent player so nothing looks out of the ordinary for an average league player like me. If this issue was resolved the first time, why is it happening again?

Send a ticket, they tend to hold data for a banwave for boosting, so your name may not have been erased from the list.

If your account was compromised during this season, and you truly did not boost ever during this calendar year, you should contact support, explain they should look through your past tickets, and ask them to verify if the "boosting" detected was during the time of compromise. If your account was hacked then and that is what was detected as boosting they will remove the suspension most likely (no guarantees, but I doubt they'd leave it if it was during a time of compromise).

I mean, one thing that they have looked for in the past have been huge, irregular changes in gameplay. In your case, the stretch from 10/29 to 11/3 where you have gone from a support/jungle player with hotkeys on one configuration to a mid/top with another configuration. My guess would be that their system picked up on that and highlighted it as an anomaly.

So if your account was compromised, those particular games might be ones that they highlight.
