NA CHAT IS SHIT!!!!!!

Why nowadays, if you express your thoughts on the player you will get restriction or ban in 20 minutes. This is a social game where you need to comunicate with your team mates and work with them to win but every time when you write something in chat you are afraid of getting restriction, only things that you can write in chat is good things when your team mate is fking feeding his ass of and if you will say to him something you will get reported 100% and if you will report him nothing will happen because all what you can get banned in this game is CHAT you can feed you can win trade you can do whatever you want but if you will tell to somebody that he is a shit you will get BANNED. In last couple of Years this game is turned from game where you can socialy interact with other people to a moderated environment where you are afraid to say something and because of that there is so many trolls innters and rest of garbage. YOU WILL NEVER IMPROVE IF YOU WILL NOT LISTEN IN CRITIC. In all competitive games there is trash talk and it is not BANNABLE there when you join dota you do mistake your team mates 100% will make you know about that mistake same as in cs go and other games and it is normal not when you make mistake no one is saing to you any thing because every one is afraid to type in chat that you are doing every thing wrong you will join next game and will do same shit and over and over. So i think trash talk and light toxicity dont need to be bannable you need to ban cheaters racism feeding and all that shit but why you can get ban for saying that somebody is trash or garbage if he realy is maybe after that he will change champ or line where he is playing and will play much more better there RIOT NEED TO FOCUS ON BIGER PROBLEMS IN THIS GAME NOT FUCKING CHAT WHO CARE THAT SOMEBODY FLAMES OF YOU DONT LIKE YOU CAN MUTE WHY THERE IS MUTE OPTION FOR WHAT????????????
