and none of them got punishments? really? is riots moderation department on fire? I said fuck off once and got a chat suspension a while and i get bullied for 5 minutes until i mute them and continue to be bullied in the end game screen, report them and nothing? Just an FYI, I've had this account for over 5 years only received my first punishment 3-4 months ago...and its solely because of how toxic the playerbase has become
Hey Xavanic, going to reply to the last part of our previous discussion here since I typed it out already;
The system can make a mistake, like if you quote a player's extreme behavior, so reaching out to Player Support is good and I'm glad they were able to help. If you feel this strongly about their actions and that you don't think they were/will be punished you can contact Player Support again and ask them to look into it (they won't be able to tell you if those players get punished).
I also recommend not telling players that you will be muting them. That usually only serves to rile players up and may result in them trying to get your attention in other, more harmful ways.

If you feel strongly about it, you are encouraged to report these players in game for their harassment. If you feel even stronger still, you may report them directly to Riot Support.
If you were expecting them to get banned or yourself to get an instant feedback popup then don't, it only gives you the instant feedback popup if your report is the finishing blow that triggers the system to punish their account so maybe 10 games later they might have flamed someone, gotten reported then, and gotten chat restricted for that, so technically you wouldn't know if they got punished or not. and don't expect them to be banned, it takes quite a few punishments and usually a 14 day ban first for someone to end up permanently banned for flaming and abuse.
