"Tribunal" or China-style Censorship

So as we all know, the Tribunal as it once was no longer exists, and has been replaced by Lyte's self-declared fix-all automated system. Although this system does work well in many ways, one way I've noticed it is severely flawed is the auditing. A player who plays customs with 9 other friends and engages in typical fun banter, or even harmless, clearly "kappa-esque" banter in normal games, will see chat bans or even day/week bans from the automated system auditing the games for "examples of toxicity". Once you're on the audit list, you never come off. Even when you aren't being reported, you still see these chat bans or even day/week bans on a regular basis. Having multiple accounts and behaving the same way on each, I have encountered this issue on only one of them, as where the rest of course I never receive bans or regular reports. Because seriously, toxicity is so much less than they'd make it out to be.
