New arcade heimerdinger skin

It's been a while since the old donger got a skin. Ever since his vu he hasn't been heard of in patch notes or gotten anything new. Sure the hazmat one is nice, but the other ones are pretty lacking in particles and anything that makes them worth buying. I feel an arcade heimer skin as an evil boss with little minions instead of turrets would do him justice and new particle effects that make something about his skins worth buying. 1350 rp or legendary, cause heimers other legendary is pretty ass for 1820 rp tbh. The little scientist deserves more respect.
