somebody please help me

I have trouble having fun in this game anymore. I have no idea how I can. the way this game has been balanced and how champs have been reworked these days. I cant play fun champions anymore cause you get punished by the ops like poppy talon and others. another thing is how it doesn't look like it is getting better. so if anyone knows please tell me I am considering uninstalling soon it is getting to that point I have had so little fun the past couple weeks it is insane since I have played since late season 4 I made it through cinderhulk meta cause it had op champs sure but it was still fun somewhat. but then juggernauts came in and the whole world went to FUCKING HELL it is insane and I am hating what it has become. if any rioter sees this I will say this. FUCK YOU IM SORRY BUT YOU HAVE DUN FUCKED UP! and if it is someone else I am down with your suggestions and any will help.
