Stop complaining about the jungle: play morganna
Runes:
10% cdr 15 ap 7 armor
Masteries: (Aiming for CDR/spell vamp / potions)
Get ranger's - magus for 40% cdr.
Mobility boots / Rod of ages as your first items. (I tend to get homeguard early, so I can give my blue to whoever so I don't have to worry about mana)
Then get whatever your team needs from there, If you're doing well damage wise get deathcap/zhonyas/void or rylais. If your team just needs you in the way, get tankier items.
With this you can do gromp/blue/wolves/red and be at an okay hp to contest the enemy jungle. (If they are a go back early jungler, take advantage and steal their other buff....or if you wanna be safe go back and get ranger's.)
